Returns and Exchanges
At this time, us.gant.com does not accept returns of international orders.
Returns may be made online within 30 days of your original order date. The items in your return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact Customer Service, CUSTOMER-SERVICE@GANT.COM, and provide a photo of the defect and all tags on the garment.

To create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your order, log into the “My Account” section of the website, and view your past orders, or enter in your unique order ID to view your order history. All return shipments must be logged into the returns area of the “My Account” section prior to a package being mailed back. For orders placed using the guest checkout, you will need to CLICK HERE to log your returns.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and include a printed copy of return slip generated online within the package. The full amount minus the initial shipping cost will be credited to the original tender. Your payment method will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s). You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a service that provides tracking information. Us.gant.com is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Note: You must include a printed copy of the RMA generated within the "My Account" section, within your return package. Returns cannot be processed without the return slip.
Once your return is received by our returns department, please allow 2-10 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Domestic In Store Returns
Returns can be made at any domestic GANT store. Your return must have your packing slip or order confirmation and a RMA in order for the store to process the return. Your return cannot be credited without these items. For information on how to create a Return Authorization Slip, please refer to the Return Instructions above.
In order to be accepted for return, your return must meet all the eligibility requirements. Your payment method will be credited within 48 hours of the return being processed. The full amount minus the initial shipping cost will be credited to the original tender. Items must be eligible for return be accepted as a return in our stores.
At this time we are unable to complete exchanges. The item you wish to exchange will need to be returned, following our return instructions. To order a different size, color, or new item, place a new order for the item.
